What order do you actually use for compatibility check vs spoof vs restore on PC?
Recommended order
Compatibility check and system information first. Spoofing options second — only on Active. Verify status information in the UI third. Launch Warzone last. Restore/reset is the escape hatch when you changed too much or the guide asks for a clean slate.
Skipping the check is how people spend an hour “fixing HWID” when Secure Boot was the real blocker.
When to re-apply
After major Warzone patches (once Active returns), after Windows feature updates, and after hardware swaps. Do not re-apply every single ranked session “for luck.” That habit creates confusion about what state you are in.
Honesty bar
HWID spoofing changes identifier presentation. It does not erase every account history and it does not make Ricochet “go away.” Read the FAQ if you need the non-marketing version of that sentence.
